Top-Selling Music Player - Microsoft’s Zune
Published by Jun | Filed under Amazon, Microsoft, Zune
The most popular Christmas gift this holiday season and top-selling music player is Microsoft’s Zune. This is the Hot Item in Amazon’s where it is the “Bestsellers in Electronics” and beats its competitor Apples’ new iPod Nano and the 80GB iPod in term of sales.
A report by the Associated Press says there’s a shortage of new Zune media players on the web and in retail stores. Apparently, the new 80GB Zune player has sold out everywhere…
The first-generation Zune players sales are continuing to rise due to their heavily discounted prices? Compare to 4GB iPod Nano that cost $135 and a 30GB Zune for $134. The big discount is crazy and i wouldn’t pass this deal. I rather have a 30GB than a 4GB music player.
Is Microsoft’s Zune Still Fails against Apple’s iPod? oh well it’s picking up and since more consumers going the bait of the discounts of Zune, theres more users will have the opportunity and feel of Zune and the consumer will realize that the other competitor has still the value same as the iPod. This competition is a good thing for the consumers, the two big companies (Microsoft and Apple) vying for the top spot in the music player industry will put more value and innovations which is the best product and of course who is more cheaper and innovative product.
This will also drag the expensive prices of iPod to a more cheaper price that the music lover in the Philippines will surely love. When the prices down this items - iPod and Zune will not be a luxury items in the Philippines but will be more of a commodity like the mobile phones. Philippines is the Capital SMS or text in the world, will this bring the Philippines as the next Capital of music players? Filipinos just love music as everywhere theres a music box or karaoke box.
If this discount continues next year, i will probably get my own copy of Zune.
